Joseph Casale

Social Studies
Email: Joseph.Casale@yourcharlotteschools.net

Joe Casale is a kind and generous coach and teacher here at Lemon Bay High School. He was born in Warren, Ohio, however; he enjoys living in Florida very much because of the pleasant weather and the assortment of exciting things to do. He enjoys the beach but admits that he does not go very often.
Casale attended Walsh University on an athletic scholarship where he earned his BA in Education, majoring in social studies. After graduating from Walsh University, Casale jumped right into education. He has been teaching for eight years now, two years here at Lemon Bay and enjoys every minute of it. He likes working at Lemon Bay because he prefers teaching history to older students. He admits that he had no other career choices in mind and that he was destined to become a teacher.
Casale teaches a variety of subjects including world history, government and economics. Although he finds other subjects interesting, Casale would not teach any other subjects. "History is my favorite, and I love it."
When not in the classroom or coaching, Casale can be found playing almost any kind of sport. One sport that he finds particularly enjoyable is basketball. He is also a runner. Since he coaches cross country and track, he takes his love of running and drills it into his team. With determination like that, Casale is almost certain to bring his boys to victory. When he is not playing or coaching sports, one can find him relaxing at home watching his favorite television show, "How I Met Your Mother."
Casale is a valued teacher and coach here at Lemon Bay. With his love, laughter and glowing sense of humor, he is an asset we hope to have at Lemon Bay for years to come.
